Go out ot Tortuga port into part of town that looks like Speightstown, look arround where Speightstown shipyard is <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="icon_wink.gif" />

Just played it through:
1st-
Thin one ( Ragetti) should say: Hello sir - you look like capt. - do you want cannoneers I am Ragetti this is Pintel
JS - Yes i'm Capt. jack Sparrow- what are your qualifications.

Ragetti Well we were
JS ....
interupted by Pintel

Pintel: once part of English navy etc....
JS: Consider yourselves hired

Pintel: Thank You

They should now both be officers ( will appear as one Character only called Pintel & Ragetti, as this bit of game still under developement)

The idea with the single "Pintel and Ragetti" character is that the two are linked.
In a future update, it'll be just Ragetti though and Pintel will tag along. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />

Yes... I finally managed to get Pintel to work how I wanted him to <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
I must thank Pieter for all the help he gave me doing that <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/me.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="me.gif" />.

There may be one or two places where Pintel will go and Ragetti wont (I will be looking at finding these and getting rid of them in the near future <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/whippa.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="whippa.gif" />)
