Disabling Ammunition (Ammo Mod)

Friends, when going to disable the ammunition option in the preferences menu it states that some quests require it to be on. Which quests require it? I'm not a fan of needing to go back and forth on ammos so I'd prefer to have it off but don't want to miss out on things. :)
 
"Ardent" used to require it for one particular method of playing the "Kidnap" chapter. But it seems that unlike other ammo types, arrows are defined even if the ammunition option is disabled, so the method which requires firing an arrow can now be played even with ammunition disabled. You don't get the full range of rewards from "Mayan Temple", though.

The important thing is that you don't switch back and forth on ammunition. Once you've started a game, never change the ammunition setting until you start a whole new campaign. If you do, the game is liable to do silly things. If you start with ammo disabled and then switch it on, the game will get upset because powder and bullets have not been defined and it now tries to use them. If you start with ammo enabled and then switch it off, you're likely to have blank items in your inventory because the game no longer recognises the ammunition which is supposed to be there.
