User ID: potc@piratesahoy.net
Password: p1rate5ah0y
Account: potc@piratesahoy.net

What name i must to write?

Just put in a name there; I have it as <i>PiratesAhoy! PotC Files</i>.
Maybe your Firewall is not allowing FTP Commander to access the internet?
