Need Help Copies of ships from the Pirates of the Caribbean

I'm quite impressed there are people who actually notice these things!
I'd consider myself quite a major PotC fan, especially for the first film; but really I'd never catch that... :shock
 
The difference in lanterns and the width of the hull and another arrangement of anchors. But this is already a global change and at the same time unobtrusive. but there would be a person who knows how to work in Maya and the most important thing is the desire to participate, then I could explain what and where to fix. At the moment we do not even have masts to replace. What to say about the hull... At the moment I have to upset everyone suspension of work in connection with the lack of necessary details. Without them these ships have no future. Ostaetsya hope for an Armada or wait for a person who understands the modeling and interested in the project.

For now, I'm afraid I need to use my time on other projects. I don't really want to start reworking hull details anyway, as that could turn into a much bigger task.

Your rigging changes do make a significant difference to the ships, though, so you can be proud of what you've achieved even without major remodelling. :onya

Well I am a hardcore fan who loves pirates, 17-18 century ships, the Potc film series and drawing ships. And when there is something that I really like I always pay attention to even the smallest details and look for the ones I have not seen yet. So after seeing the movies countless times and looking for pictures of Potc ships online I notice those details.:D

In fact there are more changes than the ones @Layder mentioned. I could give you a list and show you if you want.


I wish I could do modeling so I could help with things like this and make my own ships:(

Needed only the masts) The hull in all frames of the film looks different) I'll duplicate the screenshots again with the changes to the masts) Who wants can help and I will finish the ship. I will periodically go in)







Well, or you can write me a video of the process)

Why copy what can only be viewed under a magnifying glass?) Simulation seems to take a very long time), even for lengthening the masts) about the redrawing of parts can not even be said) I could not find someone who would just lengthen the stick) And to remodel the hull clearly no one will ever take) There would be an opportunity and skills and there would be work) And to consider in detail the ship on the pause of the film and photos-no problem)

I think you are asking what you could do for @Layder and @Layder is asking what he can do for you.
Which is certainyl hilarious, but not particularly effective...
Still... Apparently you're both very willing to help each other, which has to be a good thing!

In short:
@Layder can do model work with the TOOL
@Legendary_Spider can do texture work and, if necessary
@Armada is able to use Maya (but doesn't have a lot of time)


Next step: Figuring out what actually needs doing. :cheeky
 
About the texture ... I dream of a good texture to these ships. Especially worried about the damned Dutchman.
 
I would have an armada not yet prevented from making friends in order to make the mast) At least for an ordinary pearl =) In general, waiting for the texture for the Dutch =)))
