Solved Cargo Delivery: Pirate Settlement and Failed Quests

Exact same problem here, with Beta 3.
It's a random quest with Jack Aubrey.
My status is "bloke", but I accomplished the exact same quest just before (from the same trader, to the same trader, with bloke status, and one right after the other, the only thing changing is the merchandise).
It's from Nevis english town to pirate settlement on the same island.
I didn't forgot to change my flag to Pirate after leaving the english town...
Maybe the simple fact of succeding the last delivery quest made me a "too-nice-guy" ? In that case I'll kill the captive in my cargo hold but I'd prefer to hire him...
 
If you already have a quest, the traders will let you complete it regardless of your reputation or relation to their nation.
 
That's a good thing to know, but in that case I can't complete the quest.
She tells "get out or..." and I only can reply "ok" or sell/buy goods.
 
Wha? The idea is that you CAN complete the quest, but not anything else.
Unfortunately I can't look into this now. My current project is pretty huge.
