Can't download Build 13 Update 3 Full

I've tried three times(twice today and once yesterday) to download this but it only gets to around 16MB and says it's through. Each time I try to open it, it says there's an error. I don't know why it doesn't finish downloading.

Can somebody confirm this problem? I want to know if the file on my webspace got messed up. I can't check it myself. Internet is slow and expensive.

You can upload up to 1 GB or 10 hrs duration.
I've only got a slow connection and a 40 mb upload takes about 40 min.
So if you got something faster then I.........
We're still waiting for faster Internet here in Australia, our Goverment is very
slow and full of Crap.......So, all we can do, is sit there and wait. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/urgh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":urgh" border="0" alt="urgh.gif" />

"Too much" being about 20 GB or more. So I don't need to use FileFront. I don't like that site. Maximum download speed of about 10 or 20 KB/s. I'm almost back in the dial-up era. Only now it is via the sattelite. In any case: Internet is slow and expensive and I can't upload nor download large files until I get back home.
