Fixed Bartolomeu Storyline: Rescue my crew - At jetty no crew member talks to me

So we determined that this scene failed because there were too many characters present.
Bartolomeu added a "vcskip" attribute and I changed the code so that the shore crew will be removed then as well.
I'm calling this "Fixed".
