This is just a proposal, like the quest-line pirate.
The translation mechanics is bad, and layout not well.
The staff can arrange it in place and in manner appropriate.

Hang on a minute... The health you lose in this quest is permanent? I was expecting it to be returned once the quest was over but instead I have a level 40 character with 100 health... Is there any way to get this health back without reloading my game back over a month to before this sh*tty quest started taking my health away? Honestly I keep expecting this game to have one saving grace but every time I get my hopes up something stupid like this happens again!

I beg your pardon but I've done the quest and:
1. you must go to Askold, speak to him and ask about a ritual in order to summon Azzy. Askold gives you 3 clues: 3 toltec skulls , another toltec object (he does not say what object is and where to find it) and a witch. If you come back to him another time you lose you time.
2. You must have the 3 skulls and the atlantic warrior (this is the last needed item)
3. Go to Tortuga, talk to the maitresse. My PG had a meeting with one of the girls, went back to the madame, was sent by her to the church for a donation rejected by the priest, and, after redoing a few times the talking, the option concerning the ritual appeared.
4. I f you have the 4 items the ritual begins, Azzy appears, the contract is canceled
5. The 4 items are the price to pay to the madame for her help (you lose them)
6. You lose your life points that were withdrawn during the travel Basse Terre - Tortuga.
Without having done CoAS, Tenochtitlan and Inca Temple it's better not to engage yourself with the 'immortality', which is not that useful, the only purpose to get the 'immortality' and to cancel it is getting the quest completed.
The log has no entries, only two lines when is active (your balance requested/killed) and the contract. Once done, no entry shows you have done this quest,

Yes, I agree, Inca could be usefull in order to get the totem used in Tenochtitlan to open the case on level -1, full of indian things.However In CoAS you get all the needed stuff.
