Is there ant real new ships to add to POTC modpacks?

Well I think the Warship is a new model, but thats very old... i did see a Vasa once in the works, dunno what happend to it thou, would really have liked to seen it compleated.
 
I have a ship, I think it's a brig - but I haven't had time to put a skin on it and work it into the game (it also needs some other tweaking and testing)... Grumblepunk modeled it, and I'm glad I asked him to give it to me to skin, because otherwise we might not have it.

Well, Grumblepunk gave her to ME to skin... I kinda feel like it's my "job"... I have most of the skin finished, but there are other things that need to be attended to before it is ready to be skinned/seen...

After I do release it, of course, anyone can re-skin it - and I'm sure they will as the scheme Grumblepunk had in mind might not appeal to a lot of people... <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shrug" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />
 
Inzane gave me a copy of the HMS Surprise to beta-test...the only problem is that it's not the finished one, so it has no rigging and few sails. I don't believe I can do anything with it, as he hasn't told me what I can/can't do with it, and I don't want to release it without his word...
 
I've tried contacting him, but either he's been away for months or just simply is ignoring me. Either way, what I have is a textured and modeled frigate with three masts and mainsails on all, only problem is that there are no jibs and the mizzen is lateen rigged rather than rigged with a spanker. The model really slows down the poly count too, because he used a full complement of the high-poly cannons rather than the low-res.

I suppose, since I haven't heard anything from him, that I could give it to someone who could actually get it in game. It works fine ingame other than the problems I listed before. If someone could remove the high-poly cannons and replace them with the low res, I think it would be perfect, as well as finish the little work that needs to be done with the rigging. Just PM me if interested.
