Another download for "tx converter"?

I'm sure, someone of the Gentleman´s here got an alternative download link for the "<a href="http://forum.piratesahoy.net//index.php?autocom=downloads&showfile=22" target="_blank">tx-converter</a>", because the <a href="http://forum.piratesahoy.net//index.php?autocom=downloads&req=download&code=confirm_download&id=22" target="_blank">download link of h-sphere</a> does not work anymore.
Also, the <a href="http://forum.piratesahoy.net//index.php?autocom=downloads&req=download&code=confirm_download&id=39" target="_blank">download link</a> of "<a href="http://forum.piratesahoy.net//index.php?autocom=downloads&showfile=39" target="_blank">Akella's Modding Tools</a>" not working anymore.

Cool! While we're on the subject of flags, we'll be needing a whole bunch of new flag textures soon for use in the Different Flags mod.
This mod is finally working in the Development Resources, but needs to be finished with more flags and pennants added.
Thomas the Terror already did a lot of work, but especially the pirate and personal flags are severely lacking.

If you want, I can add you to the "Modders" usergroup, which gives you access to the Development Resources.
Maybe you would be interested in adding some more pirate and personal flags? Others would be welcome to join too.

And what also needs to be done is to fix the rigging on ALL ship models to use pennants where appropriate.
I suppose I should ask Pirate_KK for a quick guide on how to do that and maybe somebody would be willing to do some work on that too?

Well, I love the build mod and so I can make a small part to help, why not. I have already skin´d for various other games , last stalkers, so, i bring a little bit of experience with me but i also need to learn a lot about modding POTC. But for the start, some flags and ships to skin should be no problem.

I try'ed myself on a superior warship:

Looks nice to me. Maybe useful as a French battleship? We usually use black-and-red ships for the French.

BTW: Does anyone know why on some ships, the emblemed sails appear on the top sails instead of the bottom ones?
