The game ends when you complete the main story, regardless of whether you have completed any sidequests. So make sure to finish off any other quests still in progress before you sail to Khael Roa.
 
But to carry out the mission " reconnoiter captured oxbay city" i have to wait that the ship oiseau sinks while i return to Redmond from falaise the fleur?
 
The Oiseau isn't going to sink itself. So you have two choices.

You can simply be an errand boy, return to Redmond, tell Governor Silehard what you've found so far, and wait for more orders.

Or you can take the initiative. What do you want to happen to the Oiseau? Wouldn't you like to get the credit for doing it? And if you do want to do something about the Oiseau yourself, where is it right now?
 
F Redmond i went to greenford, then oxbay and then greenford. But when i set sail to Redmond to meet Robert sileard , i was not able to carry out the mission !
 
Possibly the choice to be a mere errand boy was added in the modded game, then. In that case, the other option should still exist. Where is the Oiseau now? Perhaps that is where you should go...
The Oiseau is at Falaise de Fleur. Try going there.
 
Buy why when i start the Mission" deliver cargo to Redmond" in the Island of dowsen , when i enter in the menu It Say to me " deliver cargo to oxbay" ? I don' t understand!
 
I'm not sure. As I recall, the unmodded game is unreliable for cargo missions. I haven't played the unmodded game for many years, but as I recall, I would always save game before talking to the storekeeper to ask for a mission. Then, if it did something odd such as tell me the wrong destination or refuse to accept the cargo at the destination, I could reload the game from before taking the mission.

If you have already accepted this mission, save game before you leave Douwesen. Go to Redmond and see if the storekeeper will accept the cargo. If not, reload the savegame at Douwesen and try going to Oxbay instead. If the storekeeper in Oxbay does not accept the cargo either, you can not complete the mission. Either reload the last save from before you took the mission at Douwesen, or accept that you can never clear that mission and never get another cargo mission. It should not prevent you from continuing the main story or from taking other missions. You can ask the tavernkeeper for a job, then sometimes a merchant will enter the tavern and ask you to escort his ship somewhere. These missions, if I remember correctly, are more reliable than cargo missions.
 
Where does it say Redmond, and where does it say Oxbay?

I can only repeat what I suggested. Save game, then go to Redmond. If you can't deliver the cargo, load the saved game, then go to Oxbay.
 
I have another problem! Why in the tavern of Redmond i don' t success to find job? I have try in differenti ways but i don' ' t success!
