Well, thus far B13 is the official stable release. B14 alpha 8 is the official development release, and there is a tentative release of alpha 9 floating about in the forums just now.

City of Abandoned Ships's release is growing immenent and many folks, myself included are highly excited about it.

I've been slowly but surely reworking the english translation for Secrets of Far Seas(a mod for AoP).

And we've actually seen a very nice influx of new players, modders and old faces all start showing up again lately.

If you haven't seen Build 14 Alpha 8 yet, have a look. While it's got some bugs, it has a very polished professional look about it, more so than earlier builds. I'm impressed.
