Aho! A question about where to buy POTC...

Hey mates, I have been looking around online trying to find a place to buy POTC. Other than Amazon, in which I have had bad experiences, I can't seem to find one. Do any of you know of a solid online store that still sells this game? I have heard about the build 13 mod and it has peaked my interest enough to get this game. I just can't find it.
