    3 Questions about PotC (build11)

    I'd like to know what officer abilities affect the player as well. Some seem to do that, for example musket volley, trustworthy lad, maybe some others as well. A full, comprehensive list of these abilities would be nice, but I haven't found one in the documentation.

    Yep, I had exactly the same scenario. I have tried twice to restore good relations with England in Quebradas Costillas, before finishing the main quest and after it. It crashed both times. I'll try to generate a report now.

    Ok, it is my rep after all that is the problem. But don't you agree that descending from Hero to Terror of the High Seas by getting caught once of smuggling and not fighting them off is a bit too harsh of a punishment? Ouch!

    Hmm... Ok, maybe I lost more than one rep level. "Bloody Terror" has such a harsh sound to it so I guess it can't be good? :d: What are the various reputation levels anyway? How can I descent from Hero to a low scumbag by getting caught only once? :lol:

    Boosting my rep doesn't seem to help, as I lost only one rep level by smuggling and now I've gained at least two reputation ranks by doing "good deeds". All nations are better than neutral towards me and everyone else likes me except all store merchants and shipwrights. Dang! :lol:

    Has someone managed to finish the Animists side quest yet? In the mission where I have to escort a ship from Oxbay to Isla Muelle, the game freezes every time I go to Oxbay island. Reproducable on my current save game. The save can be found here if someone wants to take a look at it.

    Artois Voysey never gets shot at any port after rescuing him in Conceicao. The only possible way to finish the quest seems to be threatening him to spill the beans after killing the kidnappers.
