    I can't see where your enemy could do anything like the damage you reported(40-120/150hp in one stroke)! The weapon stats are certainly not any where near that level, wel maybe a couple of the quest blades are if you add a high level NPC's stats to them maybe, but you shouldn't be finding NPC's...

    just to say that edit did the trick. Looking at the file we had 'English' in the other sections, just not those two. And as a brit, i consider it historically accurate that we would be classed as 'English' in general by other nations, it's often much the same today!

    ok i understand(finally!) re the weapons mod. So for example the reason things like 'Boarding Axe' didn't have an 'icon description' for 'badly damaged'/'Excellent' etc is just to it not having the textures for those states.
