World Of Pirates

I'm just after some info on this online game world of pirate's, I've only ever played 1 online game {Kal-Online} and liked the game but I ran into too many people with no brain's, they also had a hacker stealing players account's, so any info on world of pirates would be great.

I've been a beta tester since 2004(don't remmember when i got accepted) but it is a fun game <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="yes.gif" /> , looks like the original Pirates!(whell i bit better), fighting is the same, ship control is kinda strange(some thing like Corsairs Gold! but with a touch of Pirates!). You can capture cities, loot ships(and take them), at the begging (if you don't know the game and are a noob to it) you will have to ask alot for help <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/piratesing.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="piratesing.gif" /> but most people will help you(and some may even give you a better ship). For 20$ life time memmbership it is worth it.... now if you really want a COOL pirates MMOG then wait for Pirates of the Burning Sea.

ok I mite give it ago later on, at the moment I'm just starting out with Silent Hunter 3 and at the ripe old age of 51 it mite take me awhile to get to it.

It's not that bad, it just takes forever to make it anywhere. But once you get the hang of it, it's really really fun.

Nah, they reset the beta so many times that I took a break. I'd haven't started back up since it went gold.
