Need Help where's the file Dialogs/text/shy at ?

Hi every one can someone tell me iff its posible to get this file dialogs/text/shy it would help me to mod the game as its for adding new text line for the game to read and if we need the source code of the game for this I'm damned

As far as I know, there is no "shy" file.

Tnx for the reply OP and damn that's bad luck or could u know where posible the Shipyard's are reading there text from I know example there the C files that's where the shipyard reads from and the H files are the text for that but I wanted to create something like in bermude you can change sails color for RED Blue Black I want a line for Green or else but can't find it in H file I can't go creating a new line in there bcs it will mess up everthing
