Walking on ship decks

In my game, the Lydia and Batavia don't have proper collision detection, when I walk on the deck it seems like I am walking on another ships deck. Do others have this problem with these ships? What program is used to fix this? Does this come from the walk file or the path file?

That problem is contained in the path GM file and requires Maya to fix.
