Not a Bug Tricky Quest: "Deliver a closed chest"

Using Build 14 Beta 3.4
I don't know if it's been fixed in newer builds. Still reporting ...

After running into UNBEATABLE men in Port Royale and after they get away with the mysterious chest. I have to get back to Speightstown shipyard to talk to the man about what he gave me!

But when I talk to that same man in shipyard he says: " I don't trade with such dishonorable men like me!" or something like that! What should I do!?

This is one of those strange quests that Akella put in to try and link in with Pirates of the Caribbean film. You just have to keep the chest with you - eventually after one of your meetings with Governor Silehard - he will tell you to go and have a rest in the Tavern - there are 2 men waiting in the Tavern doorway to talk to you about the chest.

What is your relation to England* and what is your reputation? A bad reputation and bad relations can cause various characters to not want to talk to you.

I have good Relations with all nations! All friendly! But recently I fell for a trap of a pirate lady who led me to steal from British Gold mine! That made me a Rascal!
How can I quickly improve my reputation then?

Numpad 0 = Character: God Mode
Numpad 1 = Scroll Characters LEFT
Numpad 2 = Select Main Character
Numpad 3 = Scroll Characters RIGHT
Numpad 4 = Character: Level-Up
Numpad 5 = Character: Fake Level Up
Numpad 6 = Player: + 100000 Gold and + 10000 Wealth
Numpad 7 = Character: Cycle through reputations (increase/decrease reputation)
Numpad 8 = Disable worldmap storms and ships chasing you
Numpad 9 = Trigger enemy attack (cheatmode OFF) / Promotion (cheatmode ON)
TAB = Shotgun Mode: If you have a shotgun equipped in Fight Mode

That's why I deliberately got a laptop that DOES have a Numpad.

You can assign a different key using PROGRAM\CONTROLS\DefaultControls.h though.
Reset Controls to Default for that to take effect.
