Stuk at Storm at Dowesen

I was doing the main quest and then i got stuk at the storm at Dowesen.
I'm standing on the beach and talk to the man then I looked at my quest book and there was no quest update.
And when I go into Dowesen city I can go to all buildings exept the tavern.
Help would be nice.(srry for me bad english)

in tavern ask some information, he will say you have to go to pirate camp in jungle, or dont go to douwesen but go directly to pirate camp (search in jungle not far to beach where you start)

Then go there, go to the tavern and see if you can get a ship to bring you to Isla Muelle.
