I can answer the original question.

The music from the stock game was changed when I downloaded b13 some years ago. If you wish to retrieve the old songs, you have to reinstall the stock game, copy the musics folder to a safe location, then install b14 and patches.
Finally you can switch out songs you don't want with the ones from the stock game. Hope this helped!

"music_enplavanie" is not referenced anywhere else in the whole PROGRAM folder, so I've got no idea.

"music_gorod" contains "enplavanie" and apparently is played in houses.
