Can anybody make a mod that speeds everything up with the press of a key so it knocks about 2hrs off the journey from one end of the map to the other <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/hi.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":gday" border="0" alt="hi.gif" />

It was fun in the original pirates , if it was made a mod

Yeah, there seems to be two sets of values, one for battle and one for main map. At the moment, there's quite a few guys tirelessly searching for the variables that control main map speed and wind, so far without success. I'm confident it's just a matter of days before it's found and people will be speed boating around the Caribbean <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

I spped up my game with Cheat Engine(and some times i add a little gold <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":rolleyes:" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" /> )
 
This mod sucks, it goes way too fast <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/whippa.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":whipa" border="0" alt="whippa.gif" /> . I was just looking for something to make the wind go east for a change. It always goes west.

with this trainer YOU choose the ammount of speed boost on the main map
and another option for ship battle

+ 100 more options

and the best thing, each user can define wich key for each "cheat"

Hm, I don´t like to cheat in the strict sense of the word, but a time compression as in Pirates! Gold would be right handy. Fact of the matter, because of that I´ve run quite some ships aground - going too fast to avoid the reefs <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/oops3.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":eek:ops2" border="0" alt="oops3.gif" />

The speed boost you will get by default in a lot less than in the Super Trainer.

And in Phtrainer you can CHOOSE YOUR OWN SPEED! and customize the key
I use the ( * ) MULTIPLE key on the NUM KEY PAD to get a speed boost on the main map

I use ( / ) DIVIDE key to get a speed boost on the ship to ship battle. ( after the enemy ships raise their white flags)

I don't like to cheat myself, just can't stand the slow speed sailing west
and the dancing.
