Do you mean the "backup cd" fixes <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/whistling.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="whistling.gif" /> try this:

I have the disk, but I hate to play on it all the time, just in case it gets damaged and I can't install it again. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="icon_wink.gif" />

SeaDogs doesn't have any protection other than just scan a CD for SD files, so i think even a copy&paste backup should work.

You can get it really cheap these days. GoGamer.com used to have it for $14, and you can always find it on eBay.

Thanks again for all your help. I at this time can only play Sea Dogs, as my copy of POTC will not play on my laptop. Soon I hope I will have a new desktop to play POTC again and will give the Build 12 a try. I played the Build 11 before my desktop died, so I know hoe great it can be.

But for now, I still have Sea Dogs.... and I use the editor to make new ways to play to keep the game new, as well as the Sea Dogs Installer.
