Low Priority Scroll Bars Not Functioning Correctly

The scroll bar in the Ship's Log does not always function well (but this happens in other parts of the game too! Like in the options screen) when just trying to use the mouse. You have to use the arrow keys on the keyboard sometimes to be able to scroll through all the entries details.

I seem to remember @Levis did some fixing to that in the Questbook interface a few months back?
Easy to get past by using the arrow keys though, as you mention.
But indeed I can confirm that issue too, so I'll mark it as "Low Priority".

true, but it's a hell to fix.
Also please note which interface you are using (the blue or brown one) because it has to be fixed in both if I want to fix it.

I figured as much, which is why I marked this as "Low Priority".
Would be nice to have this sorted for sure, but if not, then the arrow keys work fine for now.
