Depends which sail mod, if any, you have installed (none, Viper's, Kieron's build 11 one, or the latest one).
But generally, you just use the TX converter to convert a blank sail texture to TGA, edit that in your image program, and then use the TXC to convert back.Nigel_of_Ires

where do I get the TX converter?There is a section of "Modding Tools" in the PotC Wiki - here is a link:

Ok I have Build 11 installed and I am trying to use TX convertor to place an image onto the sails. How would I do this and were is the files located for the sails images?NathanKell

parus_common is I think the base template. It's in resourcetexturesships.
However, I recommend installing Kieron's latest sails mod (and whatever it requires as prereqs) first, so you're build `12-ready`.Captain-Gwynn
