Runoff Election

The July Pirate of the Month election ended in a tie between Morgan Terror and Skull, so we will have a runoff election to decide the winner. We can have this poll run until August 5th and whomever is ahead at midnight will be declared the winner.

by the way, i'm writing down the winners so we can have a pirate of the year contest over 10 months.
