Solved Return the native art collection to Governor Silehard

In the Return the native art collection to Governor Silehard quest, I sail to Kralendijk, Bonaire and talk to the tavernkeeper, he tells me to wait but nothing happens. A pirate is supposed to come and talk to us, right?
Please kindly help me.

(edit) ok it's good, I managed without talking to the tavernkeeper, raising the pirate flag and landing on the beach

Do you have a savegame from before you talked to the tavernkeeper? If so, could you upload it so I can try this?

Otherwise, try sailing round to Palm Beach and see if you can find a ship named Sirena. If so, attack it, and for preference board and capture it.
