This is only an interface modification, so it should be compatible with all mods and game versions that does not change the save_load.c file (I don't think many do).
Installation:
Unpack to main game dir and overwrite.
You can create your own backup beforehand, or use the included backup file to revert to vanilla.

Changes:
- opening the Load Game menu (from Main Menu) while having multiple profiles will now have the "Load" button selected as default not "Profiles". - This was caused by the profiles selection appearing that set the default selection to "Profiles".
- Confirmation windows are not generic any more, Load and Overwrite Save confirmations have "Ok" as default selection, while Delete Profile and Delete Save have "Cancel".
