Need Help reinit adding ships issue

hello all im getting a ctd when i reinit i have duplicated the manowar_fast twice. the game starts up fine ive just broken the 160th number on the ships.h file. When i start a new game and give myself the new ship via debuger (like i do in my current game) it works. is this a know issue. is there a work around. what have i done wrong?

im going to assume that i added so much extra stuff from the original that the reinit couldnt handle it mid game. Or that i duplicated the manowar_fast twice (1 into 3). Maybe it was confused reinit'n the same info.
