A few questions:

How can I RAISE the morale among my guys? It's getting extremely irritating to be forced to divide the plunder when i've busy. It seems they get angry for no reason at all. I've got plenty of food and I have the Fiddle...

Is there any way to have the game use different wind speeds? Constant `west-ward` winds REALLY pisses me off. It burns morale up and wastes time for no reason other than 'realism'. Realism does not equal fun.

How can you defeat an enemy using a rapier? They are WAY too fast for my guy to even get an attack in, when both attacks are done at the same time, and i'm using a rapier too...
 
Everytime you recruit more crew it means that your old crew have to share their part of the treasure, wich THEY have fought hard to claim, with some new guys they don't even know.
Wouldn't you be more than a little upset with that?
 
Moral is based upon gold/food/crew/items/days at sea. Use a higher difficulty for more variation in wind direction/speeds. There's been alot of posts on these topics, try search for more details.
