Can anyone tell me, is it possible to add New Islands to the Game?

No, there are no tutorials!
There are only a handful of people who know how to do it.

Totally possible but a total pain I'm sure. You can probably get more information from the PoTC forum section since the guys at New Horizons have had new islands for quite some time now if I'm not mistaken.

I'm pretty sure PotC and CoAS have got very different systems for their islands.
In PotC, the worldmap is one model including all the islands, but I don't think that's the case in CoAS. So that doesn't help you anything.

We never managed to add real islands ourselves; Russian modders did that and we just re-purposed their worldmaps.
The only thing we did manage to do is to add "fake" islands like Isla de Muerte and Isla Mona.
But again, the system being so different in CoAS, I don't think that method is going to work for you either.
