At least for me, the button that reads promote to article on forum posts has an X on it and a small invisible box outline.

Yeah I havnt been confident enough to press that new button

Charming. If WE don't have permission, then who DOES???
The forum seems to have gotten a bit messed up since the upgrade. Crap.
I was sort-of hoping that the red cross "image missing" thing would be the only problem with this.
