Problem - Jack Sparrow storyline

Hello everybody!!
I am new in the forum, but not new in the website.
there were some problems, so i couldnt sigh in.
My name is Sean and I am from israel, so excuse my English.

I am quite experienced in the game and I have finished the new horizons and started playing in the Jack Sparrow storyline.
I arrived with "miss shaypen" (susan shaypen) the excise agent to tortuga, where she asked me to take her, and now nothing happens!
When I talk to her she sads that we must "keep going".
The same that she sad on other islands...

What do i need to do next? I wrote it here in the mod forum because I think this is some sort of bug in the game..

When you arrive on Tortuga , Shaypen should talk to you on the jetty.
She suggests you go to the tavern.
Talk to the tavernkeeper. Says person you are looking for has left.
Then leave the tavern, Bootstrap Bill Turner should come up to you outside the tavern, talk to you and tell you where to go next.

If she didn't talk to you on the jetty of Tortuga, reload a save game from before and when coming into port select port/shore option rather than moor (pressing enter)

It could be something like this that happens occasionly in the storyline, which is rather annoying but that <i>should</i> work
 
Ok, thanks i'll try it.
the last time i came to tortuga I noticed that susan was gone...
so I had to go back alot of saves and start over...

and now again!

OK, I had a internet problem so I still didn't get to Tortuga..

There is another problem...
Now, my crewmembers won't come to shore with me!
I am telling them to come and those rumsoked crew don't come!
 
Yeah, youre right, they died and now those stupid mates won't come..

I loaded the old save, to go with miss shaypen to tortuga and now they are here..
I gave them the best swords and bought them some great armor.
Hopfully they won't die.
