Oldblivion!

I think I'll be getting a regular computer instead of a new laptop. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" /> More chance of getting a better system for Oblivion and other killer-system needing games. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />
 
What kind of computer is it? Specs? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />

Not sure.. but one candidate is a rig with NVIDIA GeForce 9300GE (that place where that rig is sold doesn't tell how much ram it has.. but I'm sure it must be alot), Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200 (2,5 GHz), 2048 MB ram, 500 GB harddrive (<img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" /> shit, my current wreck doesn't have that luxury of space). I think that computer should be good enough to play games like Two Worlds, Oblivion and Fallout 3. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />
 
I Googled the 9300GE and asked around on some tech forums - the general opinion is that it's a card for media computers, and not worth squat in terms of gaming. It sure looks good to me, though. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> Sounds like it's an HP computer or some other big brand - they tend to go cheap on graphics cards, and make the rest of the machine pretty good. It wouldn't, by any chance, have a see-through black case, would it?

I guess building your own would be out of the question? <a href="http://www.ncix.com/" target="_blank">http://www.ncix.com/</a> is a good place to build a system you'd like, then you'll know what you can get for what you're willing to spend.

yes, but the location i'm talking about allows you to see the whole valley and city clearly, even from a huge distance.

I had enough of that with "The Witcher".
