Bug No show

[MD K47]

i cannot continue with the tale of a sea hawk. I'm at the part where you go into a tavern to speak with Danielle and Vincent about Rheims who is also in the tavern. i go into the tavern and there is no Vincent, i cannot move.
i have tried reloading at the port but still this bug occurs.

Any suggestions?

Try sailing from the Barbados lighthouse again. Maybe he got left behind.
