No Cheats in builds 14+?

All over the board, I can find people referencing the "Numpad cheats" that have to be activated through the BS.h file. But it seems that that certain line of code (Enable Cheatmode, whatever) is no longer in the BS.h file. Am I missing somethng? Did the cheats get removed from the latest builds? And if so, why? I really suck at swordfighting, and I keep dying before I really get to sail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
