Your right. It looks better, but not enough.

Darth-me, use different barnacle shots, different sources, of different sizes.

Have them grow in different directions, so they don't just look like "Copy/Past" clones.


Also, the face needs to show more detail.
Right now it looks like a modern day robber, wearing a green stocking over his head.

Also, look at the <a href="http://images.wikia.com/pirates/images/3/33/Hadras_maquette.jpg" target="_blank">picture of Hadras</a> and see how barnacles clump on his clothes.
