I made some skins of the main chracter. I changed his shirt from white to black and did other tweaks. picture(it's not the best quality becasue i wanted that the pic will be smaller)- <a href="http://members.lycos.co.uk/tomer06/piratesblack.jpg" target="_blank">http://members.lycos.co.uk/tomer06/piratesblack.jpg</a>
As you can see, i also added a scar near the eye. I also made other versions of the faces (young, middle and old faces) to make him look younger, in the pic adove the charcter is with the old face. The shirt in the `right-upper` corner is my new version of the armor, becasue it wasn't piratish enough for me.
Next i will make the leather armor and the shirt that make you quicker (i forgot the name). Feedback please.
 
that looks pretty good mate, and a nice change i might add, i was thinking ysterday that my white puffy shirt was looking rather boring

Thats good but the eyepatch's straps are not positioned correctly.
