Multilingual ?! But where? (and:Difficulty Setting)

Hi all,

Atari Shop said Pirates would be multilingual, I ordered the german limited edition(2 cds, 1dvd), but it is just german. Where can you change the language ?

Is it a .ini setting ?

By the way:
The manual states you can choose a difficulty setting, BUT you can only choose one AFTER the first time you divide up the plunder. Very confusing...

The game sets up the language used in the game based on the Windows settings under Start/Einstellungen/Systemsteuerung/Regions- und Sprachoptionen/Standards und Formate (german WinXP). If you set it to English, all the ingame text is english. Same with French and German. You don´t have to reinstall!
