Is there a downloadable map of all the new islands? or, is there a map I can extract from the game?

Which quest uses the Battle Rocks uncharted island?

you've got to be kidding me on the first one. it's in the F2 menu, in-game. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

none in build 13, but i've heard that it's used in some of the newer ones.

in build 14, yes. anywhere.

But you'll need the ConvertorTX program to change the file to tga.

Pieter, I just tried the Silver Train quest, it has a bug right after talking to will, you cant take further action. I'll try the capture colony soon!

It's there, but it's in the PROGRAM\DIALOG files, not the Storyline\standard\dialog files.

I'll look at the weekend if no-one else gets to it sooner.
 
The dialog is in PROGRAM\DIALOG, but his character init entry is in PROGRAM\Storyline\standard\Characters\init? Should be moved then. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":modding" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />

Regarding the Jackpot quest, I encounter the same problem each time. Here is the error log. I wish I knew more about the modding you guys are doing, i would love to help out.

With "you can't take any action", you mean that you can't move at all? That suggests to me that you were set to "actor type" and never reset.
Something like that wouldn't appear in the error log file.

^ Those kind of error shouldn't really cause any trouble, though it could still use some code optimization.

^ I used to see those at the beginning of the the Bartolomeu quest quite frequently, but a simple virtual sailor fixed that for Alpha 9.

Well you can still look up and down, but not side to side. You can't move or take any action. Something else strange is, Will looks like a soldier. There is another soldier with him. And, the player suggests comandeering a ship, which is strange since I already had one.
 
That sounds REALLY messed up! Try again once Alpha 9 is released and if you get the same problem again, I'll go and check it out. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":modding" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />
