Montavas hideout

Can i find montavas hideout when i have 2 map parts?
i have found a clue where that hideout should be "search in the vicinity of villa hermosa"
 
Yes you can if you can figure out where the place you see in your piece of map is located. You don't need to gather all the pieces...
 
You can but be warned "in the vicinity of villa hermosa" covers a very large amount of land. It`s best to have at least 1 landmark as a starting point or you could be searching for a while!
 
The locations are randomised. When I had the map, it was near Vera Cruz, and I'm sure it changes from game to game.

then you should get another chunk of the map <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
 
It be a town surrounded by a fort,thar be no X mate <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/par-ty.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheers" border="0" alt="par-ty.gif" />

It looks like a large town with a big tower in the middle. Once you see it you will know what it is.

I have a complete map. I still cannot find his hideout. It should be in the southern part of Campeche, but.... no landmark at all.... Damn it! I need to find him. My crew is about 700 Men. I don't know where to start looking for his hideout. It is near Campeche, but no landmark. Is there a player who found him in that region? Southern part of Campeche! Please help me!

the location of all hideouts, treasures and lost cities is different every time you start the game - so where I found it will be different than where you find it. Good luck.
 
Ah! I finally found it! I kicked his arse. I have 84 Fame points. Well I guess the rest of the treasures will give me some more points. But I have no Idea what to to with the ladies.... I cannot dance, so this is why I'll never get the possibility to find the lost cities <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />

Nah...all ya gotta do is make it to the fort gates...i did it with less than 120 men. It gave me one Buccaneer unit One officer unit and one pirates unit. I sacrificed 2 of them to tie up the enemy while my officers ran for the gate.

When i found it near campeche it was actually nearer to the pirate and Frnech settlements on the opposite coastline from Campeche. I had to sail into the small bay that is east southeast of Campeche and land there. After that i found many many ruined temples and finally found some landmarks i recognized from the map.

In the end it wasnt even near Campeche...but ended up bieng ,well, like i said above. What was funny for me is i walked right past a lost city not even realizing it till much later lol.
 
hehe yeah! But I got him after all. A complete team of officers.... well sailmaker etc, 100k gold, and himself as a butler <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> I found nearly all the pirate treasures... 1 or 2 left to go. But the lost cities.... I guess I'll never find them.
 
On this subject have there been any reported bugs where you have the entire map and the target does just not exist, has not been generated for one reason or another. In the process of searching for a third lost city on a treasure map with no descernible landmarks and having methodically increased my search radius up the coast have still found nothing <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mybad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":facepalm" border="0" alt="mybad.gif" />
