well, i think im going to be away for a while, im making models for a other community (not POTC) so i just send a model i just made, well i was bored. so i just made him a small detale, i gave him a wood leg XD...

i need a lowpoly male model which only stands still. i cant make humans.
they only looks like deformed robots.
 
why.. cuz he looks better with it XD, i think so, and i just wanted to model :p

Surprise! my evil brain has an idea to make the game nicer!

is there a way to delete the bones or animation data from the existing lowploy´s?
i´ve no knowledge from the character models.

I don't think you <i>can</i>. Not with the Tool. With 3DS MAX you should be able to though.
 
yeah, ok.. then i will try it in game to morrow, by the way, a man6 with a tricorner is allmost finished

well, this one didn't get so good, i mean man6 have a lot of hear so when i put on the hat it gets throught the hat XD

so i had to edit his head.. well, something strange came up when i was going to make a screesnhot, i don't know if this will come in game...

it's easier to put on a hat on someone with not so much hair... and by the way, what about a gibsy captain with a hook :S
 
looks kinda wrong. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" /> but somehow logical. wierd.
 
i also noticed that it looks like he has wings instead of arms. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />

it would be good if you could get this working in game . I can't get it out of Maya with a texture for some reason.
I can give you the Obj. file and the texture , for you to put through Max, if you want to do it.

It'd be easier to put them on FTP if thats ok.
