Meating military in the jungle

When you are asked , stopped and questioned by a military, in the jungle, is this only just "emty blubbering" ? To me it seems to be.

It depends - If you belong to a nation that is friendly with the Military Patrol's nation ( or have Patent or a trade letter ) then they are friendly.

If you belong to hostile nation - then I think they are hostile - like the soldiers in the towns.
