Nah, thats exactly what i thought it meant, but i just wanted to now if it could have meant something else. I just don't know why Germans often are <EDIT by Cat> in forums.

My local library will have the book next week for me, in Swedish.

I think whenever you are captured or defeated in anyway there should always be some chance that you will be executed. The more money on your head, the more likely you would be executed. Other pirates and nations would also be willing to give yo uaway to the nation who put the price on your head if it were high enough. Currently I dont think you are penalized enough for getting caught. I think if you knew there was a chance you would die, you would take less risks. Or save before entering battles. Although I play at work on my lunch breaks, and at home and I find I usually start a new game each time... dont know why I just do.
