little problem

hello everyone

I seem to have a bit of a problem with my game. I just bought a new copy(cause my old copy broke :'( ) and just installed it along with the builds, all the way to build 14 alpha 8. i start the game and it's just a tiny window in my desktop......how can i make it full screen? is this a build thing problem? I bought a European copy cause there were no US copies on ebay. could this have something to do with it?

open up engine.ini chane fullscreen =0 to 1
and it dosent matter if u have an us or european copy <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/hi.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":gday" border="0" alt="hi.gif" />
