Caribbean! isn't an MMO. It's a single player open world game like mount and blade.

I think the opening post is very much out of date....

Do you mean one of these? My mother has 2 of them and they work.
Anyone knows "Pirates: Captain's Quest"? It was one of my first games. Gameplay was the genre standard for the era, much like Sid Meier's Pirates: open sailing in the Caribbean map, visiting towns for trade, random encounters and quests, top-down naval fights and dueling the enemy captain upon boarding. It was published by Discovery Channel and includad a little encyclopedia with interesting info about the Age of Piracy and a Chronicle with different chapters that you unlocked as game progressed. The game had some objectives depending on the class and difficulty setting you chose and some of them were random each time like unlocking a particular chronicle chapter. It blew my mind as a kid. It even had a minigame, shooting rats in the hold.
And if you think AssCreed IV was the first game to introduce sea shanties during open sailing, you're wrong. This one did it.
Hello everyone. We're really small game development team of two members from Russia. And we'd like to represent our project on Unity 5. We worked about two years in spare time. Here is the result of what we have for now.
If forum administration is interested then we would be happy to create our own topic for this project here at piratesahoy. Thanks.
P.S. I hope this topic is appropriate for such message.
