Lag???

POTC is lagging on my computer when fireing cannons?
i run farcry 2, fallout 3 on full graphics and those games has never lagged!

my computer specs:

Graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 295 1792 MB
Memory: 4000MB ram
Prosessor: intel Extreme quad core 2

I used to get this, too. The funny thing is, that when I re-installed the game, the lag was gone.

Yes I agree that it does seem to be game related rather than computer related.

it seams, more cannon fire more lag, can it have something to do with the smoke or "flames"?

I really don't know. It might, but we had pretty much the same cannon fire graphics in Build 13 and that worked fairly smoothly. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mybad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="mybad.gif" />
