Combined Mod is included.
And even if it wasn't, installing different modpacks on top of each other is never going to work, unless they were made for that on purpose. But they hardly ever are.
The CM came first, then a bunch of other stuff which used the CM as a base for its foundations. GoF! is sort of like the spiritual successor of the CM. -
