I need help whit TOOLS

Hello guys,

For some reason i can't get the skeleton to show in the viewer,
when i do EXTRA/Raise arms nothing happen and there is no animation.

I tried to reinstall many time but still doesn't work and i get a bunch of error while playing whit the program.

BTW: I have vista and i try to run in admin .. win xp etc ...

I got the bones problem fixed but now when i try to raise arms this happen ...

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong ?

Never mind, I found out i had to enable "Make bone Locator" and "Avatar" and i was also using the wrong animation files ...
