Need Help How to detect fort with spyglass?

Good afternoon. There's a question. How exactly does the game determine that through the spyglass we see the fort? Added a fort from the sea to the island. But the problem is that the spyglass does not define it. I know that the fort is a separate model. But how to revive it for the spyglass?

Do the original game forts show properly in the spyglass?
For PotC I had to do a lot of tweaking to get them to work.

Also, I recall a new game is required as that is when island coordinates are set.
